Hey there! I'm Xenia, the Chief Executive Officer of Planable, a kick-ass marketing tech startup. Our mission? To transform how companies collaborate on marketing content. As one of the co-founders of Planable, I live and breathe the company's exciting journey. From setting the course and shaping our strategy to rallying an incredible team, I'm all about moving things forward. My top priorities are creating value for our customers, growing the company sustainably, cultivating a thriving team culture, and staying ahead in the industry. 

As the CEO of Planable, I bring a unique background to the table. I've never worked for someone else. Instead, my journey began back in my university days when I started my own digital marketing agency. It was a wild ride, and it eventually led me to my proudest accomplishment: Planable. Being a former marketer myself, I'm committed to improving the work lives of my former industry peers and I can genuinely empathize with their challenges and frustrations. And on the other end, the fact that I've never been an employee allowed me to shape a dream workplace at Planable, one that reflects my own, unspoiled vision of an ideal work environment.
