What I do at Planable
Hi, I'm Noa! As a Customer Success Lead, no two days look the same (and I love that). I have the pleasure, and responsibility, of looking after all of our customers and ensuring they're getting the most out of Planable. My main goal is to continuously provide value, from their first interaction in the app, throughout their journey with our product.Â
You'll often find me either in client meetings or diving deep into data, sharing insights to empower our marketing, sales, and product teams.

Who am I?
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations, I started working in the agency world. As an account and project manager in communications agencies, I also worked with Social Media. That's how I first found Planable.
After a couple of years as a Planable customer myself, an opportunity came up - they needed someone in charge of their clients' happiness. And who better if not someone already in the clients' shoes?
